Mentmore Village Hall is ideal for children’s parties, dance lessons and functions of all types. A considerable amount of work has been carried in the last couple of years decorating both inside and out and supplementary heating has been installed which copes well with daytime activities. There is a small foyer (which includes two toilets) which leads into the main hall. The interior measurements of the main hall are: 9.2m (30ft) x 5.4m (17ft). It has two large windows down the right hand side, there is a further interior door which leads via a store room into small meeting room which contains a fully equipped kitchen. The hall also has a full compliment of tables and chairs. Free high speed WiFi is now available thanks to Village Networks.
The large and very scenic village green with its fully enclosed children’s play area is situated opposite the hall and this is often used in conjunction with children’s parties.
Rates: £12 per hour (£10 for parishioners).
